Wellness Habits I Swear by as a Mum of Two

I’m a mum of two, a business owner, and someone who deeply values feeling well — not just surviving. Wellness doesn’t have to be fancy retreats and green juices (although I love those too). It’s about tiny, daily habits that help me feel more me. Here are mine.


1. Morning Hydration (Before Coffee!)
A big glass of water with lemon or electrolytes before anything else.
My fave hydration mix and glass tumbler.

2. 10-Minute Movement
Even if it’s squats while holding the baby or a walk with the pram — movement helps my energy and mental health.

3. Screens Off After 8 PM
Most nights, I charge my phone out of reach and pick up a book or stretch instead. Game changer.

4. Daily Supplements
I rotate a few, but magnesium, B12, and collagen are staples.

Three deep breaths, a quick journal entry, or a minute with a calming oil — that counts too.

It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just one or two of these small rituals daily can shift your mood, energy, and mindset. Mums deserve to feel good too.
