Hi, I’m Becky. A mum, midwife, and lifelong wellness enthusiast with a deep passion for helping women feel more nourished, balanced, and in tune with themselves.

My love for health and nutrition started years ago, but it took on a new layer of meaning during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and motherhood. I experienced firsthand how much our bodies and minds change - and how vital it is to have rituals, routines, and remedies that truly support us in those seasons of depletion, exhaustion, and transformation.

With a background as a midwife of over 4 years, I’ve always held a strong interest in women’s health promotion, especially when it comes to the powerful connection between the body, the mind, and the everyday choices we make. I’ve seen how small, accessible wellness habits can make a huge difference in how women feel - not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too.

Over the years, I’ve become more and more fascinated with earth’s natural healing powers - from the benefits of apple cider vinegar and magnesium to lymphatic support, natural oils, castor oil wraps, and body brushing. These simple tools are ancient, accessible, and often overlooked in our fast-paced, supplement-heavy world. I love discovering natural alternatives and healthy swaps that feel supportive and sustainable.

Movement has always been a big part of my life - I mix yoga, Pilates, strength training, and the occasional chaotic but fun “monkeying around” in the functional gym space. I thrive in group fitness classes too - there’s something about the collective energy that’s so motivating. But I also know what it’s like to be tired, busy, pulled in a million directions, and trying to make movement fit around family life. That’s where flexibility and compassion really matter.

And beyond all that - I care deeply about children’s nutrition, building healthy habits early on, and creating a family culture where wellbeing is second nature (not something we have to force or fix later in life).

Becky Health was born from a desire to bring all of this together:
